For custom and bespoke work, returns cannot be accepted except in the case that the jewellery is faulty. Normal wear and tear such as tarnishing and scratches due to constant wear do not constitute faulty goods. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, it will be exchanged or repaired.
For ready to ship and made to order pieces, returns can be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in unworn condition in original packaging with proof of purchase for the return to be accepted, it will be exchanged or credited unless you request a refund.
The sale of seconds, samples or otherwise discounted pieces is final.
Postage costs for returning/exchanging an item are the customers responsibility and will not be reimbursed if a refund is requested. Please get in touch for a returns address.
All pieces that are over the weight requirements are fully hallmarked at the London assay office. Some pieces that are under the weight requirements are also hallmarked depending on their design, more details are provided in individual product descriptions.
