All pieces made by Emily are crafted by hand using recycled metals. Where possible, materials used in production and packaging have been ethically sourced and are recyclable. Jewellery boxes are eco friendly and FSC certified.
All pieces that are over the weight requirements are fully hallmarked at the London assay office. Some pieces that are under the weight requirements are also hallmarked depending on their design, more details are provided in individual product descriptions.

Pieces are shipped using Royal Mail special delivery or Royal Mail first class options. Returns on commissioned pieces or made to order bespoke items cannot be accepted for any other reason other than faulty goods. Normal wear and tear such as tarnishing or scratches due to constant wear do not constitute faulty goods. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, it will be exchanged unless you request a refund. Returns may be accepted on ready to ship or vintage pieces within 14 days of receipt. Pieces must be returned in unworn condition in original packaging with proof of purchase for the return to be accepted, it will be exchanged or credited unless you request a refund. The sale of seconds, samples or otherwise discounted pieces is final. Postage costs for returning/exchanging an item are the customers responsibility and will not be reimbursed if a refund is requested.
